Though the weather outside …
… is frightful, my garden’s so delightful!
The majority of the spring bulbs seem to be arriving!
My one lone snowdrop that the squirrels missed! Why on earth do they like snowdrop bulbs so much?
My daffodils at the moment seem to be all foliage and very little bud so I am a little concerned about those. I do have tulips sprouting though! First time I have tried those so that is rather exciting!
I also have basil and coriander germinating in little pots inside. I am now agitating about when I should take their cling film/cloches off.
And of course the little crocus bulbs have worked their magic as ever.
I do so hope that the weather at the weekend is nice. After yesterday I think I let my guard down and thought that perhaps the sun would stay out! I was mistaken today was nothing but drizzle. Oh woe is me. At least I have pretty photos to remind me that the sun does appear occasionally!

Ah the crocus! My absolute favourite flower. I love the first hints of them arriving every year. I felt like I was looking at my own garden Gemma! I posted pics just like that last August. Love them!
I love it when all those spring bulbs start popping through the soil. There are huge patches of daffodils all along Kew Road and they make me smile every morning when I see the splash of yellow while waiting at the bus stop. The sun is shining here in London at the moment so fingers crossed for the weekend. I’ve even been daring enough to wear my mac today instead of my winter coat but I fear I may be being too optimistic!
Your spring bulbs look lovely, snowdrops just don’t seem to want to grow in our garden which is rather weird as there are loads of growers selling them “in the green” round here. Maybe I should try again?
Pretty flowers!!
Spring has sprung! And you are so lucky as we are buried under snow here in MN. I love all those gorgeous blossoms.
