AKA why face book is a bad, bad thing!

Me

This sort of thing crops up. And you suddenly look down and realise that more than ten years later you are still wearing the same red jumper! Quite literally wearing it at that precise moment!

You start to wish you still looked like that and wonder why on earth you thought you were fat!

Then you find photos like this one and you realise that if face book can give you back moments and people like this then perhaps it isn’t such a bad thing after all.

I’m always doing that–looking at old photos and saying, “WHY DID I THINK I WAS FAT??”
And also saying to myself, “Go and throw away that cardigan RIGHT NOW, Nat!” because I’ve had it for too long and every photo of me shows me wearing it.
But I still look at the photos and smile, like you do. It’s sweet, innit?

Oh Gemma, what lovely photos. That was such a lovely day, my little head girl on her last day of school !! Now if someone can dig out some of your first day at school that would be truly amazing. (I have some !!!!) Embarrassing or what?!

Oh I *love* facebook! Between that and MySpace I’ve been put in touch with people I haven’t seen in ages. And some very funny pictures as well!

Face book has brought back so many memories for me, and special people who I had lost touch with. It is better than friends reunited! Love the pics
