Invasion
These little ladybirds appeared over night. They had stolen in through the window and wended their way into a bit of a tangle around my daffodils.
They are an essential part of Easter. As is the grand Easter Egg Hunt. Bro’s girlfriend will be witnessing the horror of the family on a chocolate hunt for the first time. I am doing the hiding so I am now wondering at how to make it fair so that G and Bro do not end up in a knock down fight over chocolate eggs in the middle of the garden. In addition to which it is apparently going to snow. However, this also will not deter us from the hunting of eggs. I am concerned that Bro may be dumped by the end of the day! I had G locked into a house rental before I let him witness such things!

Hope the ladybirds don’t cause any shenanigans! I’ve always wanted to do an Easter egg hunt but no-one here will play. Have a happy Easter.
Those Ladybirds look like a unique species from Germany to me !!
I’ve never seen chocolate ladybugs before, who makes them?
Too cute Gemma. Too damn cute. Happy Easter!
Happy Easter.
I love the ladybugs! I used to put them into my girls easter baskets. A good old fashioned hunt can be fun but I don’t know about the snow part. We are predicted to get snow showers tomorrow. It is spring, right?
I love the ladybirds and an easter egg hunt. We have taken miss t to a national trust egg hunt since she was little as the dogs would beat her to it otherwise. Have a great timea and Happy Easter.
I have just found you via Liz at lovethosecupcakes. I have had a quick browse through your posts and hope to return later Your photos are so lovely I need more time to look.
